Got a s25 plus for my parents and they can no get used to technology or not good with it at all. And my dad is known for breaking phones, but for the first time the s25+ malfunctioned and sent it back, (usps lost the package somehow)
Got a motorola cheap, and camera quality sucks but what matters …

In the city I live in this kind of biz is only run by foreigners and all they want to do is sell you a newer phone. This situ would NEVER happen where I am. I respect the business owner 100% for treating his customer with respect!

Batteries good for 2 years? What kind of bullshit is that. They should work till 4-5 years before the capacity really drops. But it should still work and charge.

My previous phone lasted me about 4 years without ever changing the battery it died after being dropped from a considerable height and breaking into many pieces (not just the glass). The phone before that made it about 7 years before the battery gave out.
I do not know where this two year battery …
