Don't sell. Just make them pay you to use it. Find out why they want it so you can sell it at an appropriate value.. him approaching him this way is a form of fraud. You cant buy product at less then its value, meaning you can't scam situations to pay less then what it's worth

Something like that happened to a auto sound shop next to where I live in Brazil. Some suit kept wanting to buy the shop and wouldn't take no for an answer. The owner finally sold it after days of insistence for about US$100K. The name of the auto sound shop: CarPlay. As in Apple CarPlay.
