Neurofeedback! You could look into it. Sounds like you are stuck in fight or flight and this could be helpful.

Goodness I had a healthy baby with no issues but I had bad postpartum and I struggled through it so I identify guys. I ate ground flaxseed every day & I stopped crying! Reading the bible every day, especially psalms and proverbs changed my life! Both have tremendous effect on the brain! Both of you are such loving parents!
