A few years ago, King Arthur Flour had a baking contest. They publicly made it clear that they didn't want white people to join the baking competition. That is when I stopped buying their flour.

I made all the bread my family ate for many years. So easy so nice! But I can't make it as well now but I do suspect it is the flour even tho I always used Red Mill.
