I'm a huge fan of Chief, and Spartans may be my favorite Super soldiers.
But Doomslayer is to Super Soldiers as Saitama is to Superman level threats. He's OP and that's kind of the point. Astartes, Captain America, Deathstroke, etc all would get wiped against Doomslayer.

Slayer killing the literal creator of the multiverse alone is a feat that puts him just so many miles out of chief's league. The doom reboot trilogy so far has just made him way too biblical in scale for a strong but ultimately just very terrestrial super soldier
