As a electrician. I can safely say you wil experience volt drop beause of the distance but because its dc going through the cable its more common to have volt drop on ac

The funny thing is that the length of the cable is the same whether it stays at home and is in the reel or if it is extended completely...just connect it and see if it works 😂
