We should really look at the uk. America no longer has a right to privacy after overturning roe v wade, so looking at how the uk, who has some of the most surveillance of any western country, does things might be useful.

Unfortunately for the richest town in America as you called it they do not own the airspace above their house so anybody can fly a drone anywhere they want to. Not that I agree with that but simply the rich can screw themselves because the law is the law
