YouTube ads have been bonkers dude. I'm about to turn on ad blocking if it gets 0.1 second longer. I've been watching with ads in good faith and if YouTube can't respect that, I'll return the same sentiment.

Only reason I use twitch is because I have 1 free sub from Amazon Prime that I use otherwise I will not sit for ads

The twitch ads are especially heinous for plot-heavy games. They LOVE to pop-up whenever I’m heavily invested in a cutscene and I miss the streamer’s whole reaction

I do the 3min an hour i take a break too during the stream but sometimes i just miss it, especially if im playing anything multiplayer. Id rather just not have ads tho

The easiest solution is to cut the losses for the bot crackdown. Advertisers will leave, accept that and then lighten the ad load and viewership will improve drastically.
But we all know these blind weasels have no idea what a "viewer experience" even is.
